On the morning of November 3, 2025, Mr. Mey Samith, Executive Director of PPCIL, was invited to attend a meeting on “Reviewing and Discussing the preparation for the International Day of Persons with Disabilities” which will be held on December 3, 2025. The meeting was presided over by His Excellency Ung Sambath, Secretary General of the Disability Action Council (DAC), at Ministry of Social Affairs, Veterans and Youth Rehabilitation (Room 1.01).
